Husqvarna PZ6030CV
The Husqvarna PZ6030CV zero turn lawn mower is not quite as powerful as the Husqvarna PZ6034FX or the Husqvarna PZ6034FXZT zero turn mowers. However it’s a little bit more powerful than the Husqvarna PZ6029D mower. The engine powering the PZ6030CV is a 30 horsepower Command engine. This twin cylinder Command motor is designed and built by Kohler, a name that you can trust when it comes to building high quality engines. The engine is air cooled and and has a total size of 0.747 liters. The air intake is first filtered through a heavy duty canister filter before it mixes with the fuel so that there is no residue left in the combustion chamber.
The fuel tank on the Husqvarna PZ6030CV zero turn ride on lawn mower can hold up to 41.6 liters (11 US gallons) of gasoline. The large fuel tank indicates that this machine is mostly used by commercial contractors and on very large jobs as the fuel tank can hold enough fuel to last an incredibly long time. Power from the 30hp engine reaches the wheels by first passing through a dual hydrostatic Parker transmission. This gives the large PZ6030CV a top speed of 17.7 kph (11 mph) going forward, while in reverse it is also quite nippy, clocking in at 9.7 kph (6 mph).
The deck on the Husqvarna PZ6030CV is 60 inches wide (that is a 60 inch cutting width, the overall width of the deck is greater than this due to the discharge flap on the side). The deck is constructed from strong, 7 gauge fabricated steel which easily resists bending and buckling when it’s knocks off rigid objects in the ground. The PZ6030CV is a big one and it’s weight shows it. It weighs in at 598.7 kg (1320 lbs). When the chute on this mower is down, it’s total width comes to 1.85 m (73 inches) while without the chute, it measures 1.56 (61.5 inches) in width.
