The Toro Power Max 828 OXE snow blower is the bigger version of the Toro 826 OXE snow blower. One of the only differences is the fact that the Toro 828 OXE has a clearing width that is only 2 inches bigger that the Toro 826 OXE snow thrower. However there are also a few other minor changes. Having a mouth that is 2 inches wider means that the Toro 828 OXE can throw up to 907 kg (2000 lbs) every single minute.

The same o.25 liter engine is used in the Toro Power Max 828 OXE dual stage snow blower. This 4 storke Briggs and Stratton engine provides all the power to the wheels, auger and impeller blade. One difference is that the serrated steel auger blade is a little longer on this model. It measures 0.36 m (14 inches) in size. This Power Max auger makes light work of almost all depths of snow. Like many Toro snow blowers, the Toro 828 OXE dual stage snow blower has a choice of ignitions. You can either use the old fashioned pulling recoil system or instead you can plug it into the nearest mains electric socket and start it easily, then once it’s up and running you can unplug it and start clearing snow.

Thanks to it’s friction disk transmission, the Toro Power Max 828 OXE dual stage blower has 2 gears for reversing and 6 when traveling forwards. It also uses a fixed scraper at the bottom of the machine to help to ensure you get rid of almost all the compacted snow that would otherwise have stayed on the ground.
