The Snapper SS521E Snow Blower is the smallest snowblower that you can get from Snapper. It’s even smaller than the Snapper SS822E Snow Blower and the Snapper SS522E Snow Blower. This single stage snow blower is powered by a Briggs and Stratton 4 stroke engine. This is much better than a 2 stroke engine as it means you never need to mix the gas and oil yourself, you simply just need to add them separately and the engine will do all the mixing. This 4 stroke engine provides the snow thrower with 5.25 ft-lbs of torque. To get it started you just need to pull the cord on the recoil system or alternatively you can plug it into a nearby plug socket and simply press the starter button.

The intake width of the Snapper SS521E snow blower is 0.53 m (21 inches) which is wide enough to easily clear paths for walking on. The auger is made from rubber for the simple reason that it grips the ground and pulls the snow thrower forward as well as chopping up the snow and spitting it out. The chute on the Snapper SS521E snow thrower is constructed from plastic so that it is less likely to receive any blockages. This chute needs to be rotated manually. The wheels on the SS521E are made from plastic as they don’t need to give much grip (they aren’t driving the machine forward).
