The Kubota B7800 compact utility tractor is part of the B series of Kubota tractors. It’s powered by an engine designed and built in house by Kubota themselves. It’s the V1505-E-D16 diesel engine. This is a 4 cylinder engine that has a displacement of 1.5 liters and a power output of 30 hp. The engine is prevented from overheating through a liquid cooling system that needs 4.4 liters of coolant to fully fill the system. The oil capacity of this engine is 4.1 liters.  The engine sits on a 4×4 MFWD 4WD chassis and transmits power to the wheels through a hydrostatic transmission that gives the tractor infinite gears both going forward and when reversing.

The fuel tank has a capacity of 26.1 liters (6.9 US gallons). The hitch that you’ll find on the Kubota B7800 is a category 1, 3 point hitch that has a maximum rear lifting capacity of 750 kg (1655 lbs). The B 7800 uses an open type hydraulic system for controlling and powering it’s attachments. Thanks to it’s 4WD chassis, the B7800 has a minimum turning radius of 2.1 m (6.9 feet). All the controls on the deck are color coded so that they are quickly found, even in low level light conditions.

The Kubota B7800 compact utility tractor has a weight of 789 kg (1741 lbs) and a wheelbase of 1.66 m (65.6 inches). It’s 2.51 m (99.2 inches) long and is 1.36 m (53.8 inches) at it’s widest point. The ground clearance of the B7800 is 0.37 m (14.6 inches). Those who are safety conscious will be glad to know that the B 7800 comes with a fold away roll bar (ROPS) so that if you do tip over while driving it, you will dramatically decrease your chances of being crushed by the tractor. This tractor also an optional mid PTO.
