The Husqvarna YTH20B42T garden tractor lawn mower gets it’s power from a single cylinder Intek engine that is designed and built by Briggs and Stratton. This engine has a max power output of 20 hp and uses a paper air filter on the air intake which stops dust and other particulate matter from getting into the engine and potentially clogging the combustion chamber. The engine has a maximum oil capacity of 1.67 liters with the oil filter in use. The YTH 20B42T uses a 12 volt battery in it’s keystarting system.
