Husqvarna RZ4219F
The Husqvarna RZ4219F zero turn lawn mower has the same cutting width as both the Husqvarna RZ4216 and the Husqvarna RZ4222F zero turn lawn mowers. The engine that powers the RZ 4219 F is a Professional Series that is designed and built by Briggs and Stratton. The engine uses a standard type air filter to scrub the air intake of dust and other particulate matter that can potentially clog the combustion chambers and disrupt the performance of the engine (even in very small quantities). The total power output from the engine is 19 hp. The engine is fed with gasoline from a fuel tank that has the capacity to hold up to 11.4 liters (3 US gallons).
The Husqvarna RZ4219F zero turn mower uses an EZT dual hydrostatic transmission to bring power from the engine to the wheels. This transmission system is what allows the driver to operate each rear wheel separately and thus make zero radius turns. The top speed of the RZ 4219F going forwards is 10.5 kph (6.5 mph) while in reverse, it can reach up to 5.6 kph (3.5 mph).
The mower deck on the Husqvarna RZ4219F is made from 11 gauge, fabricated steel. The blades on the deck are belt driven and engaged using an electric clutch. In total there are 3 blades housed within the deck. These give the deck a total cutting width of 42 inches. Using a spring assisted lever, the operator can raise and lower the mowing deck from a minimum height of 1.5 inches above the ground to a high of 4.5 inches above the ground. When operating optimally, the RZ 4219 F can cut up to 6.5 acres of lawn every hour. For dealing with the grass clippings, you can either discharge them out the side of the deck, mulch them or optionally purchase a rear bagger attachment to collect them.
