Bad Boy 7200 AOSD
The Bad Boy 7200 AOSD zero turn lawn mower is powered by the same engine as the Bad Boy 6000 AOSD zero turn mower. However the main difference between the 2 is that the 7200AOSD has a much larger mower deck that has a cutting width of 72 inches. This 72 inch mower deck attached to the 7200AOSD has 3 blades housed inside. The deck itself is made from quarter inch thick steel which will not easily bend or break. Each of the 3 mower blades has a cutting width of 24 inches. They are 2.5 inches wide and are made from 0.25 inch thick steel. The deck can be lowered to within 1.5 inches above the ground and raised up to 5 inches above the ground. It’s floating but uses a total of 6 gauge wheels to make sure that it follows the angle of the ground that it’s traveling over. The deck is not raised manually, but rather it is done electronically.
The engine that powers the mower deck on the Bad Boy 7200 AOSD lawnmower, as already mentioned produces 35 hp. This comes from 4 cylinders which give the engine a total displacement of 1.6 liters. This is a CAT engine is that is cooled using a liquid cooling system. You can hopefully tell that this is a commercial machine as the deck is so large, but the fuel tank which can hold up to 68.1 liters (18 US gallons) which should be another indicator that it’s a commercial machine.
As the 7200AOSD is such a large machine, it’s incredibly heavy, weighing in at 877.7 lbs (1935 lbs). The total length of it comes to 85 inches, while it has a max height of 52 inches (although it’s max height is obviously a lot higher when the foldable ROPS is upright). The top speed of the Bad Boy 7200 AOSD is very high, reaching up to 24.1 kph (15 mph) going forwards.
