John Deere 5075E
The John Deere 5075E utility tractor is powered by a JD PowerTech 3029 engine like so many other tractors in the 5000 series. This engine is turbocharged and diesel powered. The 3 cylinder engine is liquid cooled and produces 75hp. If you are looking for similar but less powerful models than this one, then we suggest you check out the John Deere 5055E or the John Deere 5065E utility tractors. Like the JD 5065E, the JD 5075E also has the choice of 2 transmissions. One is a SyncShuttle that gives the tractor 9 speeds for traveling forwards and 3 for reversing. This transmission enables the tractor to hit a top speed of 28 kph (17.4 mph). The other transmission choice you have is a SyncReverser which also gives you 9 gears fro traveling forwards and 3 for reversing.
The weight of the John Deere 5075E varies because there are actually 3 different variants you can choose from, a 2WD, MFWD and a 4WD model. The lightest is the 2WD model which tips the scales at 2102 kg (4634 lbs). All models have the same wheelbase of 2.05 m (81 inches). The minimum turning radius on the 2WD model is 3.2 m when the brakes are being used. However, without brakes, it’s minimum turning radius is a little larger.
Thanks to it’s 5E, category 2, 3 point hitch, the John Deere 5075E is capable of accommodating a large variety of tools and implements. All the controls on the JD 5075E are located within easy reach of the operator, making operating this machine very comfortable. You will also notice an hour meter as standard so you can accurately gauge when to change the oil, get it serviced, etc. If you own or have ever used a 5075E for extended periods of time, then please do leave a review about it below to let others know what to expect from owning one.

traded new holland of same size that was 2 year old wish I had it back. I, always wanted new John Deere got burnt on this dog.
I use my JD to keep 1 mile road open in winter, tend to the 260 acres family land, run wood splitter, clear bushes and general trailer use. Well suited to my ‘gentlemen farmer’ usage of about 100 hrs/year. Would consider bigger, heavier tractor with shuttle if i was a commercial or professionnal user
Biggest of the small farm tractors
Easy, simple mechanics
Powerfull hydraulics
Loader (JD553) more powerfull than the tractor weight permits
Reverse speeds too high for each range
Rough idle at startup when cold
2SCV
84″ 2 stage snow-blower
60″ brush hog
5 ton tandem dumping trailer
Very positive.
