Kubota BX60 Snow Blower
The Kubota BX60 Snow Blower has been specifically designed for the BX series of garden tractors. It’s a very heavy duty snowblower with a clearing width of 50 inches. It’s size means that it’s used almost exclusively by people who have to deal with consistently large accumulations of snowfall where a smaller snow thrower would not suffice. The BX 60 snow thrower is also commonly known as the Kubota BX2750 snow blower. As mentioned before it has a clearing width of 1.28 m (50 inches) while it’s clearing height measures 0.49 m (19.1 inches)
The Kubota BX60 snowblower is attached to your lawn mower via a quick hitch bracket that means getting the snowblower up and running is very quick. However removing it is even quicker. As the Kubota BX60 snow blower is a very large, you would be right in assuming that it’s also quite expensive. As a result, Kubota have made the cutting edge replaceable so when it does wear, you don’t have to buy a completely new machine. This model also has skid shoes that can be easily adjusted for the conditions at hand, whether you are working on a hard, firm surface or you need to clear a softer surface.
Operating the Kubota BX60 is very easy and it can be completely controlled from the drivers seat. The steel chute can be rotated by either electric rotation or hydraulic rotation. You also have the option of rotating it manually as well. The deflector at the top of the chute can also be controlled electronically. This means that you can very accurately control where you are throwing the snow. This snowblower, also known as the Kubota BX2750 is a nice change from other snowblowers that often end up throwing snow into the side of your house or onto areas that you have just cleared. The total weight of the Kubota BX60 snow thrower is 128 kg (282 lbs). If you are looking for a smaller snow thrower, then check out the Kubota GR10 snow blower or the Kubota GF1800 snowblower.
